National Employment Law Project (NELP) works with national, state and local allies to promote policies and programs that create good jobs, strengthen upward mobility, enforce hard-won workplace rights, and help unemployed workers regain their footing in the modern economy.

NELP's 2016-17 Annual Report was published after the 2016 election. Knowing they would be facing strong head winds in the years ahead, they chose to rise to the occasion and offered a message of hope and solidarity.

The 2016-17 annual report unfolded to reveal an informative timeline poster, showing important historical moments in the American labor movement across the top, and NELP's contributions in the fight for fair wages, workplace safety, and employee protections highlighted below.

"Rising to the Moment" was the theme for NELP's 2017 event. A looping slideshow highlighting the organization's recent accomplishments was projected on screens during the cocktail hour.

NELP's 2015 Annual Report was entitled, "Working Across America." It took on a new format: a broadsheet that unfolded to reveal an informative poster.

The poster highlighted all of the major accomplishments that NELP and its state and local allies were able to achieve during the previous year on behalf of American workers across the 50 states.

NELP's management team wanted their logo and brand refreshed while their website was in the process of being completely redesigned. The new logo would retain a strong, authoritative identity in print while still being easily adaptable to their social media channels and on presentation materials. As part of the rebranding effort, templates were created in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word for all print materials as well as PowerPoint presentations.
